Free UK shipping on every order

We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

International shipping

Orders outside the United Kingdom are charged a flat rate of 4.99 GBP, wherever in the world you are. Delivery times outside the UK vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, then sent with trusted UK couriers. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it's dispatched.

Delivery time

Typical UK delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. During busy periods this can occasionally take a little longer. Your tracking link will always show the latest status.

Order issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or your tracking hasn't updated, email us at hello@dasonus.com and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Address changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
