How does the Dasonus Pillow Speaker work?
It's an ultra slim speaker that sits flat under your pillow. The sound travels up through the pillow fabric to your ear, close and clear, instead of filling the room. Pair it to your phone over Bluetooth and press play.

Will my partner really not hear it?
At normal night time volume the pillow muffles the sound and keeps it close to your ear. Turn it right up and they will hear it. The point is that you don't need it loud.

Can I feel it under my pillow?
Most people don't. It sits flat under the pillow rather than under your head, and it's slim enough to disappear into the fill.

Does it work with my phone?
Yes, anything with Bluetooth. iPhone, Android, tablet or laptop.

Will I still hear my alarm?
On most phones the alarm sounds from the phone itself rather than through Bluetooth, so it wakes you as normal. Behaviour varies between handsets, so it's worth testing yours on the first night.

How is it charged?
Over USB C. A charging cable is included in the box.

Ordering & delivery

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Orders anywhere else in the world are charged a flat 4.99 GBP.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, then sent with trusted UK couriers. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or see our Track Your Order page.

Returns

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
Email hello@dasonus.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it and cover the return postage.

What if I change my mind?
You have the statutory 14 day cancellation right from the day your order arrives. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is paid by you. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
